Jelqing: The art of natural penis enlargement

Jelqing is the most common term used to describe natural exercises to enlarge your penis. It is believed the term originated out of the Middle-East where fathers would instruct their sons in penile exercise techniques to prepare them for sexual relationships.

 

Jelq exercises are the most popular penis enlargement method in the US due to the success rate in increasing both the girth and length of the penis. A study in the UK by Dr B. Richards, published in the British Journal of Sexual Medicine back in the 70's, found that in 87 percent of his test group had a positive increase in their penis size. With results like 1.4 inches gained in length and girth increases of 1 inch it is easy to see why the exercise are so popular.

 

The workouts can be time consuming and to make the effective use of the massage technique you do need to spend between 20 and 30 minutes each day performing the massage exercises. Generally the workouts have 2 stages:

 

Stage 1: The Warm up
The penis should always be warmed prior to any penile exercise, allowing the penile tissue to become more responsive to the massage. For best results try taking a warm bath or shower prior to beginning (warm, not hot as don't forget that heat can have an impact on your fertility). You could also soak a towel in warm water and lay it over your penis for several minutes. By warming the penis you increase the blood flow to the penile tissue which is vital in the jelqing technique.

 

Stage 2: The Jelqing Technique
(You made need a small amount of lubricant for this to make the massage smoother, but you could also try using a specially formulated penis cream.)
The jelq technique basically involves 'milking the penis'. Starting at the base of the penis, gently encircle your penis with your hand and run you hand up to the head of the penis forcing the blood into the glans. Then release your grip and place you hand back to the base and start again. You need to repeat this process up to 200 times in each session to achieve maximum results. If at anytime you find it gives you an erection you should stop and relax, as ejaculation should never be achieved during the massage. The exercises can be performed on a semi-erect penis but if you become too hard then the tissue becomes considerably less responsive to the massage.

 

This workout can take several months before an apparent growth in your penis size can be seen. If you do wish to take size measurements of yourself it would be wise to take an initial measurement before you start the first exercise and then wait a month before you take you next measurement. As you won't see any results after just one week you could find you loose interest in maintaining the exercise programme. After 1 year gains of several inches aren't uncommon, so keep it up. (excuse the phrase!)
