Our 14-day returns guarantee If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving it, in its original condition – unopened and any seals intact. Providing the item is in its original condition you will be given a full refund for the item(s). We can only accept opened items if they are faulty. Please note we are unable to accept returns on faulty items after 14 days. Returns of damaged, defective or incorrect items:If when you receive your order any of the items have been damaged during transit you can return them to us within 14 days for exchange. Incorrect items in your order:
If when you receive your order you find there are items in their you didn’t order, or that you are missing anything please email us - info@malestimulus.co.uk - immediately so we can arrange to correct this. How to Return your Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item:
In order for us to efficiently process your refund please follow the steps below. 1. Please include a note with your returned item(s) detailing why the item is returned. This could be because it is faulty, an incorrect item or simply unused and no longer required. 2. Securely package the item(s) and return to us using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. This will ensure that your package arrives with us and protects it from being lost in the postal system. If you choose to send it first or 2nd class please make sure you get a proof of postage from the Post Office.
